Broomfield exits and DiBergi comes back out, again placing his videocamera on the ground. He clears his throat.
DIBERGI
Wow, I'm sorry about that. What a terrible idea to have those guys out here. You should probably kick my ass or something. In fact, you know what? I insist that you do. Seriously. Kick my ass.
DiBergi steps away from the podium and bends over, his butt toward the audience.
DIBERGI
Please, kick my ass. Get it out of your system. Kick it.
Carlo comes back out onto the stage and does as DiBergi asks. He keeps kicking DiBergi's ass until DiBergi is booted offstage.
DIBERGI
Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!
Carlo turns back to the podium as DiBergi sidles back onto the stage to collect his videocamera.
CARLO
Well, that was a complete waste of time. The winner is, by a hair, A MIGHTY WIND!
